There are few villages on the trek and these villages still hold centuries old beauty. You can see beautiful wooden carvings in the homes. A Week In Har Ki Dun Valley
Day 1: Dehradun To Sankri
The first day starts from Dehradun; the capital city. You will board the bus early in the morning. Gradually, the landscape starts changing from plains to hills. The malls and big buildings change to small houses and general stores. The temperature starts decreasing and the scenery turns to green. By the evening, you will reach Sankri.
